Prices and practical information
How stand rental works
- Stand rental includes the space itself.
- Any furnishings (tables, power, fittings, etc.) are ordered and paid for directly with the venue, unless you bring your own.
- By purchasing a stand, you agree to the event guidelines from The Vegetarian Society of Denmark as well as the exhibitor handbook from the venue. Please read the Exhibitor Guide and Savværket Guidelines carefully before registering. Both are available to download below.
